Check that your printer approves this card material, finish and thickness. Card size alone does not establish printer compatibility. The card background colour affects how printed colours and fine detail appear.
Test the card and ribbon combination before a larger production run. A resin monochrome ribbon and a full-colour dye-sublimation ribbon have different applications; neither is automatically suitable for every coloured surface.
Available quantity options: 100, 500. These are blank visual card stock. A plain PVC card does not acquire a magnetic stripe, contact chip or RFID function through ordinary printing. Order the required technology card separately when a system depends on it.
Keep unused cards clean, flat and protected from dust. Confirm any requirement for signature panels, numbering or specialist finishes with ACB before ordering.
Use white blank PVC cards when the design needs a clear, uncoloured starting surface. Prepare a template with space for the longest names and check the photograph crop. Print a small sample using the intended ribbon and driver settings before releasing the full batch.
Keep spare stock with the same approved specification so later replacements fit the programme. Match the finished badge to a landscape holder or portrait holder. If you prefer ACB to produce the finished badges, compare our photo ID card printing service and discuss the required artwork and quantities.
They are listed in CR80 format, approximately 85.6 × 54 mm, at 0.76 mm thickness. Check those dimensions, the surface and material against your printer's supported stock.
This is plain visual card stock. Choose a technology card when the application requires RFID, a contact chip or magnetic encoding; ordinary surface printing does not add those functions.
Include new users, expected replacements and test prints in your estimate. Check the selected quantity option in the basket, and keep unused cards clean and flat for later issues.
Choose the required quantity and check the selected option before adding it to your basket. For help with the card specification, artwork or a matching accessory, contact ACB.
