ACB supplies professionally printed board cards for membership, gift, loyalty and event projects. Choose paperboard around the way the card will be used, the finish you want and the information each card needs to carry.
Tell us your quantity, card size, intended use and required date. We can help you compare board options and prepare a quotation for your project.
Choose the right board card for your project
Membership, gift and loyalty cards: discuss a board format that suits how customers carry, present and scan the card. For a specific premium board option, explore Invercote Duo board cards.
Event passes and delegate badges: explore board event cards for conferences, exhibitions and accreditation. Consider the pass size, information layout and how it will be worn.
Comparing materials: our eco card range also includes recycled PVC and wood. A board card is a material choice; the right specification depends on your project.
Artwork and personalised card details
Prepare your logo, wording and any information that changes from card to card, such as names, membership numbers or expiry dates. Barcodes and QR codes need a suitable size, clear space and contrast for your chosen scanner. Discuss the required format with ACB before finalising the artwork.
For branded programmes, see our membership card printing, gift card printing and loyalty card printing services.
How to order printed board cards
1. Send the brief. Include quantity, dimensions, intended use, deadline, artwork and any personalisation or scanning requirements.
2. Agree the specification. Compare the board, finish and practical requirements. Ask about samples if you need to assess the feel and suitability before committing.
3. Review and approve. Check the agreed artwork and each variable detail before production. ACB checks the artwork before the cards are printed.
Is board suitable for everyday use?
Consider how long the card needs to last and whether it will be exposed to moisture or frequent handling. For cards carried and used repeatedly, compare the proposed board specification with printed plastic cards before making a decision.
Can board cards be recycled?
End-of-life options depend on the complete card, including its finish, coatings and any additional features. Ask ACB to confirm the material specification and disposal guidance for the card you choose; recycling acceptance can vary.
Discuss your board card project with ACB and receive advice on the material, artwork and ordering requirements.
