Exhibitors, visitors, organisers and speakers can each have a recognisable colour or printed title. Plan the quantity for each design before ordering, including spares for the registration desk.

Make the branding work

Keep sponsor logos and event names clear at lanyard size. A repeating layout gives the design more chances to be seen as the strap moves. Upload logos and include any sponsor-order requirements in your notes.

Check passes and dates

Match the clip to your badge holder or pass attachment. If the show has a fixed opening date, discuss the deadline with ACB before ordering; production turnaround begins after artwork approval.

For multicolour logos, gradients and detailed designs. The print can run to the edges of the strap for a continuous, colourful finish.

Recycled rPET lanyards.

rPET is made using recycled plastic bottles. Choose rPET fabric with full-colour dye sublimation or screen printing in the configurator.

Talk to ACB about your requirements.

Can exhibitors and visitors have different designs?

Yes. Choose the number of designs and describe the quantity split in your notes. The configurator requires at least 50 lanyards per design, with 100 overall. Each design is reviewed in the artwork proof.

Can sponsor logos be included on the lanyard?

Yes. Supply the approved logo files, the required order and any brand guidelines. Small or detailed logos may need a wider strap or a simpler layout; the proof is the place to confirm the result.

Can I add matching exhibition passes?

ACB also supplies printed event cards and holders. Check the pass dimensions, orientation and attachment before choosing the clip. These items are ordered separately from this lanyard configuration.

What is the minimum order?

The online configurator starts at 100 lanyards. For several designs, allow at least 50 lanyards per design and 100 overall.

Can I upload my logo before ordering?

Yes. Choose Upload artwork now and select a PDF, PNG or JPEG up to 10MB. Your artwork is attached to this lanyard specification when you add it to the basket. If it is not ready, choose Send artwork later.

Will I see the design before it is printed?

Yes. The artwork is reviewed and a proof is supplied for your approval before production. Check spelling, colours, positioning and fittings carefully when approving the design.

Can my lanyards be printed on both sides?

Both-sided printing is available for compatible fabric specifications. Silicone uses one-sided printing. The configurator checks your chosen combination before showing a price.

When does the turnaround start?

The displayed working-day turnaround starts after artwork approval. Artwork preparation and changes can affect the schedule. Contact ACB before ordering if you need delivery for a fixed event date.

Can I order matching cards and holders?

Yes. Browse our photo ID printing, event passes and card holders, and check that your chosen clip is compatible with the holder or pass.
