EasyBadge Professional is for organisations that need ongoing card issuance beyond Lite's 100-record database. It combines ID card design, desktop records and database connection options for repeated staff, student or membership-card production. Choose it when a larger record workflow matters more than contactless encoding.

Design and personalise with EasyBadge Professional

Build a card template with text, portraits, logos and supported barcodes or QR codes. Link the variable fields to your records to keep the layout consistent as people are added. Test long names, image sizes and barcode readability with sample cards before a production batch.

Larger desktop databases and external connections

The manufacturer lists unlimited records and databases for EasyBadge Professional. It also lists connections to Microsoft Access, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle and generic ODBC sources. Check the supported database version, permissions and field mapping before planning a live connection. CSV and Excel import are available when a file-based workflow is more suitable.

Choose Professional or Smart by the task

Professional does not include contactless encoding. Compare EasyBadge Smart if your application needs supported MIFARE or DESFire operations. Magnetic encoding needs a compatible encoder and printer. Additional multiuser licensing is available on request from the manufacturer; do not assume extra concurrent seats are included in a standard licence.

Check your EasyBadge Professional installation

The desktop software runs on Windows and uses the printer's Windows driver. The companion phone app helps upload photographs and records; it does not make the desktop software native to macOS.
