EasyBadge Smart brings card design and supported contactless encoding into a Windows desktop workflow. It is the edition to compare when visible badge printing also needs compatible MIFARE, DESFire or other listed card operations. Choose the software against the complete printer, encoder and card combination, rather than the card technology name alone.

Design and issue cards with EasyBadge Smart

Create templates with names, photographs, logos and supported barcodes, then populate them from your records. The manufacturer lists unlimited databases and external connection options. Plan the source data, required fields and photo collection before a larger rollout, and test the printed layout with representative records.

Check the contactless compatibility matrix

The EasyBadge Smart compatibility matrix links specific printer families, USB-connected encoders, card formats and supported operations. Encoding, reading a UID and printing a UID are not identical functions. Confirm each required operation before buying. For an existing access-control system, check the required data format and permissions with the system owner.

Keep DESFire requirements specific

The manufacturer's notes describe DESFire compatibility-mode support and state that DESFire EV2 key diversification is not supported in the published feature table. Do not assume that every DESFire application will work simply because the card family is listed. Confirm the exact workflow with ACB before ordering for a specialist system.

Choose EasyBadge Smart and compatible hardware

The desktop application is for Windows, with a phone app supporting record and photo uploads. A software licence does not supply an encoder, compatible cards or an access-control system. If only visible card printing and database connectivity are needed, compare EasyBadge Professional. Existing licence holders should contact ACB to confirm the appropriate upgrade route and hardware.
