Does single-sided mean one printed side only?

It describes the display arrangement of the holder. The printing on your card is a separate choice; check which face must be visible while the badge is worn.

Will any CR80 access credential fit?

Confirm the card thickness and any raised or added features, as well as its outer dimensions. Test the actual credential in the holder before issuing a larger batch.

Is a lanyard included?

Order the required wearing accessory separately unless a stated bundle includes it. Check that its clip or fitting suits the holder attachment point and the intended wearing position.
