Yes. There is no minimum order, so you can order a single replacement card or build a larger personalised set.
Can every card contain different details?+
Yes. Names, photographs, roles, employee numbers, QR codes and barcodes can be changed for each cardholder within the same order.
How quickly will my cards be dispatched?+
We aim to dispatch print-ready online orders within 24–48 hours of the order being placed. If artwork approval or more information is required, the turnaround begins once everything is confirmed.
Can ACB help if I already have artwork?+
Yes. Send us your artwork and requirements and we can advise on the most suitable route. We can also help prepare a professional card design when required.
What is the ACB customer portal for?+
The portal is intended for regular organisational ordering. It can provide approved templates, single or bulk cardholder uploads and a simpler route for new starters and replacements.
Do you print official government ID?+
No. ACB supplies organisation-issued cards for workplaces, education, healthcare, events and similar applications. We do not produce government-issued identity documents.
