Getting the best from your card design
Designed for CR80 cards
The designer uses the standard 85.60 × 53.98mm plastic card format. Choose landscape or portrait without changing the finished card dimensions.
Allow for the cutting edge
The orange dashed line shows the finished cutting boundary. Keep names, logos, photographs and codes comfortably inside it, while backgrounds should continue to the edge.
Use clear artwork
Sharp logos and well-lit photographs produce the best result. Upload high-resolution JPG or PNG files and avoid screenshots or images downloaded from social media.
Allow for colour variation
Screen colours are made with light and can look brighter than printed inks. We work to reproduce your chosen colours accurately, but a small difference is normal.
Check every cardholder
The Cards created strip keeps the whole order together. Review each person’s spelling, photograph, job title, number, barcode and QR code before approval.
Authorised use only
Advanced Card Bureau produces identification for genuine organisations and membership schemes. We may request evidence that protected branding or official marks are being used with permission.
