The Evolis RCT021NAA signature ribbon applies a white area where a cardholder can sign or add handwritten information. Use it when a membership, loyalty or identification card needs a defined writing space. Its specially formulated coating serves a different purpose from ordinary white printed text.

Check the printer and application

The manufacturer lists this reference for original Zenius and Primacy printers and approved related configurations. Primacy 2 and Zenius 2 use the separate RCT221NAAA signature reference. Check the exact code, printer generation and supported production workflow before ordering.

Evolis specifies compatible PVC or composite cards. Plan the panel position as part of the artwork, allowing enough space for the expected signature or handwritten entry. Test the chosen writing instrument on an actual finished sample and confirm that the information remains legible.

Plan a writable area in the card design

A signature space may be useful for a member's signature, an expiry date or another detail added after printing. Keep the panel clear of information that must remain visible. Confirm any additional printing or protective process so that the intended writing surface remains usable.
