Three-tag PVC cards

Three-tag PVC cards let you plan three coordinated tags within a CR80 parent-card layout. This white PVC stock is listed at 760 microns and available in quantities of 100 or 500. It is intended for an approved three-tag printing and finishing process, such as a membership or loyalty project.

Prepare the tag layout

Confirm the individual tag dimensions, separation lines and any attachment-hole positions before creating print artwork. Leave critical text and codes clear of the separation areas.

Check that the intended printer and handling process approve this cut or scored card format. Ordinary CR80 size does not establish compatibility with every card feeder.

Available quantity options: 100, 500. Confirm whether your quantity requirement is stated as complete three-tag cards or individual finished tags when requesting a quote.

These are blank printable stock. Barcodes, numbering and any magnetic or contactless technology require their own agreed specification.

Plan the parent card and each finished tag

Use three-tag PVC cards with artwork prepared for the actual separation lines and attachment positions. Place names, numbers and barcodes inside each tag's usable area. Keep the three sections aligned so important detail is not lost when the printed parent card is separated.

Work out the order in both parent cards and individual tags. If every supplied parent card produces three usable tags, 100 parent cards correspond to 300 tags before test prints or production losses. Can every CR80 card printer feed three-tag stock?

Check the printer's guidance for the exact cut or scored format. A standard outer card size alone does not approve a particular feeder or handling process.

How do I prepare a scannable tag design?

Leave clear space around the barcode or QR code, keep it away from cut lines and test a finished tag with the actual reader. Use the confirmed tag dimensions when setting up the artwork.

Are numbering and key rings included with the blanks?

This listing is for blank stock. Agree printed numbering, barcodes, finishing and any separate attachments with ACB if you need a completed tag project rather than unprinted cards.
