Choose the details to display
Your layout can include your name, chosen medical information and an emergency-contact name and telephone number. Include only details you want carried on the card, and check spelling, numbers and the accuracy of the information.
Confirm any need for larger text, a particular card orientation or a matching holder with ACB before ordering. Space is limited on a wallet-sized card, so keep the content focused and readable.
Approve and maintain the card
Check the completed proof before printing. Arrange a replacement when the printed details change. The service prints the information supplied; it does not verify clinical records or promise a particular emergency outcome.
A lanyard or holder is a separate option unless expressly included in the selected offer.
