About this product

This speaking difficult communication card shares the message "Speaking is difficult today". The front asks the reader to let the holder communicate in another way. Large dark wording and a simple speech-bubble symbol give the request a clear focus, while the reverse explains the stock communication preferences.

Speaking difficult communication card wording

The reverse says "Let me choose how to respond". It asks for time, explains that the holder may point, write or use a phone, and asks people to keep speaking directly to them. It does not describe a diagnosis or assume why speaking is difficult. Choose it only if every message reflects what you want to say.

What is included?

You receive one double-sided plastic card, approximately 86 x 54mm, in the illustrated stock design. The front and reverse are supplied together on the same card. There is no individual name, photograph or custom text field. A holder, lanyard, clip and other accessories are not included.

Choosing and using your card

Carry the card in a wallet or a suitable holder and show it when you choose. It can accompany speech, typing, writing or a communication device. Showing a printed request does not oblige you to share medical information. The person using it decides whether the message is useful in that situation.

A closer look at this design

You can read the message before a conversation and decide whether it fits that day. If it does, keep it somewhere you can reach without another person choosing for you. The card asks readers to address you directly, even if someone accompanies you. It provides no emergency contact service and does not replace a communication method you already use.
