Silver Blank Plastic PVC CR80 Card

Silver blank PVC cards

Silver blank PVC cards provide a silver-coloured base for a coordinated membership or identity design. This stock is listed in CR80 format at 760 microns, with quantity options of 100 or 500. Match the material and finish to your intended printing process, then approve the visible design before producing the full batch.

Match the card to the print method

Check that your printer approves this card material, finish and thickness. Card size alone does not establish printer compatibility. The card background colour affects how printed colours and fine detail appear.

Test the card and ribbon combination before a larger production run. A resin monochrome ribbon and a full-colour dye-sublimation ribbon have different applications; neither is automatically suitable for every coloured surface.

Silver blank PVC cards for your setup

Available quantity options: 100, 500. These are blank visual card stock. A plain PVC card does not acquire a magnetic stripe, contact chip or RFID function through ordinary printing. Order the required technology card separately when a system depends on it.

Keep unused cards clean, flat and protected from dust. Confirm any requirement for signature panels, numbering or specialist finishes with ACB before ordering.

Prepare the artwork for this card background

Approve the background and printed details together, particularly where a small code or fine lettering must remain readable. Silver-coloured stock should be checked in normal viewing conditions before a full batch is produced. Confirm the required finish rather than assuming a separate foil or reflective treatment.

Use silver blank PVC cards with an approved print layout and allow for sample prints and replacements when choosing the order quantity. Compare bronze metallic cards if the programme calls for another background. For a finished badge produced to an agreed design, discuss our photo ID card printing service and the artwork and quantities required.

Silver blank PVC cards: buying questions

Does silver mean a foil-stamped card?

Silver describes the blank stock colour. A separately applied foil, raised detail or other specialist finish would need its own agreed production specification.

Do the blanks include RFID or magnetic encoding?

No electronic chip or magnetic stripe is specified for this plain visual stock. Choose the required technology card separately when the system depends on an electronic credential.

How should I choose the quantity?

Count the planned cards, sample prints and expected replacements, then check the selected 100-card or 500-card option in the basket. Keep unused stock clean and flat for later issues.

Check the selected quantity and specification before adding this product to your basket. For help matching a card, reader or wearing accessory to your requirements, contact ACB.
