Evolis ACL002 Advanced Printer Cleaning Kit

Evolis ACL002 cleaning kit

The Evolis ACL002 cleaning kit offer supplies two T-shaped cards, two adhesive cards, one printhead pen and a dispenser of wipes in one advanced-maintenance kit. Check the complete kit reference, pack contents and exact printer model before ordering maintenance stock.

Contents and purpose

• 2 pre-saturated T-shaped cleaning cards
• 2 adhesive cleaning cards
• 1 printhead cleaning pen
• 1 dispenser of cleaning wipes

Match the cleaning routine to your printer

The two T cards are components of one kit. T cards, adhesive cards, the pen and wipes serve different steps in the maintenance routine. Check the Evolis compatibility chart for the exact printer generation and follow its advanced-cleaning procedure rather than substituting one component for another.

Use the component and cleaning cycle specified for your exact printer. Keep consumables ready for the maintenance intervals in its user guide. Contact ACB with the model and kit reference if you need help choosing supplies.

Restock the required cleaning tools

Compare the ACL001 regular cleaning kit for its adhesive cards and swabs, or ACL004 T-shaped cards for a T-card-only pack. Check the required procedure and exact-model compatibility before choosing between these separate products.

If your printer guide specifies a different cleaning reference, browse the printer cleaning kits or ask ACB to check your exact model before ordering.

Evolis ACL002 cleaning kit: buying questions

How many complete kits are supplied?

The offer is for one ACL002 advanced kit. The two T-shaped cards and two adhesive cards are components inside it. Record the complete contents when comparing supplies so a card count is not mistaken for a count of complete kits.

Can the components be used interchangeably?

Each item has a prescribed purpose in the supported printer’s procedure. T cards, adhesive cards, the pen and wipes should be matched to the relevant maintenance step. Check the exact model in the Evolis chart before selecting this advanced kit.

When should the printer be cleaned?

Follow the maintenance schedule, cleaning prompts and preparation instructions for the exact printer. Keep a record of completed cleaning and the stock used. A single cleaning interval should not be assumed to apply across different models or operating conditions.

When ordering Evolis ACL002 cleaning kit, retain the complete reference and pack quantity in your stock record. contact ACB with the printer model if you need help checking the required maintenance supplies.

For organisations running several printers, identify each machine in the maintenance record. Store the cleaning supplies with their reference labels, and check remaining stock before a planned production run so the approved cleaning procedure can be completed when required.
