Please Write It Down - Communication Card

This written information communication card asks "Please write it down". The supporting message explains that written information helps the holder follow along. What is included?

You receive one double-sided plastic card, approximately 86 x 54mm, in the illustrated stock design. The front and reverse are supplied together on the same card. There is no individual name, photograph or custom text field. A holder, lanyard, clip and other accessories are not included.

Choosing and using your card

Keep the card within reach in your wallet or a suitable holder. You might show it during an appointment, at a service desk or when discussing unfamiliar information. The holder chooses when to use it. It shares a preference and cannot guarantee that another person will provide a written response.

The request is about the format of information rather than a particular condition. You can show the card when a written reminder would be useful, then choose whether to read the response on paper or on a device. The printed card has no writing surface supplied for those notes. Bring your own notebook or use a preferred device if you want to keep information afterwards.
