ACB specialises in ID card printing, membership cards, gift cards, loyalty cards, and ID card accessories such as lanyards, badge reels, and pass holders.
All printed cards are custom-made to order. We take care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate; however, slight variations in colour, size, or material may occur due to manufacturing processes.
4. Ordering Process
Orders can be placed via our website or directly with our sales team.
Before production begins, customers will receive a proof for approval of any personalised items. Printing will only proceed once written approval has been received.
By approving the proof, you confirm that all details (including text, logos, and layout) are correct. ACB cannot be held responsible for any errors once a proof has been approved.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment is required at the time of ordering unless prior credit arrangements have been made.
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and approved company purchase orders. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
6. Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders promptly and securely using Royal Mail and Parcelforce for UK deliveries.
Estimated delivery times will be confirmed once your order has been dispatched.
While we make every effort to meet agreed delivery dates, we cannot accept liability for delays beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, weather disruption, or courier delays).

7. Returns and Refunds
Custom printed cards: These items are made to order and therefore non-refundable, unless faulty or printed incorrectly due to an error by ACB.
Accessories and non-personalised items: Can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds or replacements will be processed once returned items are received and inspected. Please contact sales@acb-ltd.com to arrange a return.
8. Artwork and Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any logos, images, or designs supplied to ACB for printing.
By submitting artwork, you grant ACB a non-exclusive licence to use the materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
All content, designs, text, and images on our website remain the intellectual property of Advanced Card Bureau Ltd and may not be reproduced without written consent.
9. Liability
While we take every care to ensure the accuracy and quality of our products, ACB shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from product use or delivery delays.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total price paid for the goods or services supplied.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
We only collect and process data necessary to fulfil your order and provide customer service.
11. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to proof approval. Once a proof has been approved and production has started, cancellations are not possible.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
