Once your order has been produced and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing tracking details (where applicable).
Delivery Options:
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class): Usually delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch
Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24/48): A secure, fully tracked service with email or SMS notifications
Next Day Delivery (Parcelforce Express): Guaranteed next working day delivery, available on request for urgent orders
Delivery times can vary depending on order size, personalisation requirements, and delivery location. Larger bulk or corporate orders may be shipped via alternative couriers to ensure safe and efficient handling.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Custom-printed ID cards:
Because custom cards are printed to your exact design, they are non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, or printed incorrectly due to an error on our part. We recommend carefully checking all artwork, text, and layout details before final approval.
Accessories and non-personalised products:
You can return unused items such as lanyards, card holders, and badge reels within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
