You can order directly through our website or via email once your card design has been approved. Returning customers can use our secure online ordering portal to reorder existing designs quickly.
Q: Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes — we always send a digital proof for approval before printing any personalised or photo ID cards. This ensures complete accuracy before production.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and approved company purchase orders. Payments are processed securely through our trusted providers.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on quantity and card type. Standard orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days, while urgent jobs can often be prioritised. We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for reliable UK delivery.
Q: Can I return my order?
Personalised items such as printed ID cards cannot be returned unless faulty. However, accessories and non-customised items can be returned within 14 days — see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
