Personalised Pet Emergency Contact Card

A pet emergency contact card shares a simple message: your pet relies on you, and someone should contact a nominated person if you cannot return home. The original ACB design has a teal heading, clear dark wording and a separate reverse for the details you provide. It offers printed information to carry in a wallet or suitable holder.

Pet emergency contact card details

Add your name on the front, then enter your chosen contact's name and telephone number on the reverse. You can also add a short description of your pet or pets, such as their names. Only print another person's contact details with their agreement. Remove every sample or placeholder before approving the finished artwork.

Choosing the information to print

Discuss the arrangement with the person you nominate and make sure they know what you are asking them to do. Check the telephone number carefully and replace the card if your arrangements change. Keep detailed feeding routines, veterinary information, entry instructions and other private arrangements in a separate plan shared with the people who need them.

What is included?

You receive one double-sided plastic wallet-sized card, approximately 85 x 54mm, printed with the details you approve. A holder, lanyard, clip, writable panel, Braille and raised symbols are not included. Longer text may require a smaller font or revised layout, so keep the message concise and check its legibility at actual card size.

Before you order

The pet emergency contact card is personal information rather than a monitored service. It does not notify anyone automatically, arrange animal care, provide veterinary advice, insure your pet or guarantee that a contact will be reached. There is no tracker, electronic chip, online pet record or QR-linked database included in this design.
