About this product
This toilet request communication card displays "I need to use a toilet" and asks for help finding the nearest available toilet. It is an original ACB stock design with a teal header, large dark lettering and a simple door symbol. The reverse repeats the request and asks for clear directions.

The reverse asks "Please help me find a toilet". Its short prompts ask the reader to say where the holder can go and provide clear directions. There is no printed diagnosis, statement of medical urgency or claim that a particular venue must provide access. Read both sides before choosing this wording.
What is included?
You receive one double-sided plastic card, approximately 86 x 54mm, in the illustrated stock design. The front and reverse are supplied together on the same card. There is no individual name, photograph or custom text field. A holder, lanyard, clip and other accessories are not included.
Choosing and using your card
The card communicates a request and cannot guarantee toilet access. It is not a Radar key, official access pass or membership of a toilet scheme. A separate free digital Just Can't Wait card is available from the Bladder & Bowel Community; this ACB design is independent of that scheme.
A closer look at this design
The wording keeps the request focused on finding a facility, without requiring the holder to explain private health information. Keep the card accessible when travelling or visiting unfamiliar places. Read the destination or directions you are given and ask for clarification if needed. No map, location service, key or booking is supplied with the card; it simply displays the message printed on it.
