Yes — simply upload your design in JPG, PNG, or PDF format. We’ll ensure it fits your chosen card size, including CR80 (86 x 54mm), large format, or key tag layouts.
Q: Do you offer a design service?
Yes — our experienced design team can create professional layouts for staff ID cards, membership cards, loyalty cards, or bespoke printed products that reflect your brand identity. To create staff cards yourself, use the online ID card designer to add photos, logos and text, then review your proof before ordering.
Q: Can I reorder my cards in the future?
Contact ACB with your previous order reference and any changes needed. For regular ID card production and fulfilment, ask about a customer portal arranged for your organisation. Portal access and setup are agreed with ACB.

Q: How long does delivery take?
Production and dispatch depend on the product, quantity, artwork approval and stock availability. Check the timescale on your quotation or order confirmation. Courier transit starts after dispatch and is separate from production time.
Q: Do you offer next-day delivery?
If you need next-day arrival, contact ACB before ordering so we can confirm production timing, stock availability and the delivery service available for your deadline.
Q: Can I return my order?
Personalised cards can’t be returned unless faulty. However, non-personalised products (like accessories and holders) can be returned within 14 days — see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and approved company purchase orders.
Q: Do I need an account to order?
Guest checkout is available, but a registered account is required to save designs or templates for later in the online ID card designer. Sign in to your account to use account features. An organisational customer portal is a separately arranged service; ask ACB about portal access.
